1. Feel Like Crap OR You Keep Getting Sick!

Our digestive, nervous, and hormonal systems were designed to work together to achieve optimum health. This is what our bodies want to do! When we overload them with toxins and unhealthy foods, these systems don’t work as well as they should and we get sick.

The fact is that sugar and flour are biologically addictive. The science behind it is clear and conclusive. Yet we blame the fat person for being a lazy glutton, which leads to shame and guilt. I am here to tell you it’s not your fault.

Your biology has been hijacked by the food industry. They have done a hostile takeover of your taste buds, brain chemistry, hormones and metabolism. Sugar is the new nicotine, IN THE FORM OF HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP! In fact, High Fructose Corn Syrup & it’s subsidaries are eight times more addictive than cocaine & heroin. If you are trying to use willpower to lose weight you will fail. Avoid High Fructose Corn Syrup whenever possible. I totally eliminated it from my diet completely!

4. You Never Have Detoxed

Most of us have never in our life taken 10 days to put nothing in our bodies but delicious, whole clean food. Just 10 days. Even if you think you are healthy and feel good, you may not realize that your normal state is not your optimal state.

Long-term exposure to toxins (environmental pollutants, cancer-causing chemicals, preservatives, pesticides, heavy metals, and industrial waste) affects our metabolism, behavior, immune system, and leads to disease. They are stored in tissues and cells throughout the body, including the brain, often for years – yikes!

Detoxing rids the body of free radicals and heavy metals partially responsible for aging, diseases of the body, from heart to diabetes to high cholesterol!

Detoxing helps to increase nutrient absorption, including antioxidants and vitamins that help fight oxidative stress.

Simply put, our bodies don’t function very well when they’re loaded with toxins. We may have joint pain, headaches, digestive disorders, sleep problems, and lack of energy. Depression may be eased and memory may be improved as a result of detoxification!

Diet and environmental toxins undeniably affect skin. Detoxing improves acne, and strengthens hair and nails, and gives us a natural, healthy glow.

Improve your mental and emotional clarity. When the body’s systems are aligned, a shift also occurs with our mental and emotional states. We can deal with more when we’re clear and grounded. We can make better decisions, analyze accurately, and see things differently.

The body is not invincible though. I consider it only right that we give our bodies some help!

Now remember, detoxing isn’t a “one shot” deal! It’s recommended to do a Super Detox from anywhere between 10-28 days, depending on if you’ve ever detoxed & how much toxins you think you have built up. The way you feel is a good indication!

After the Super Detox, it’s best to continue a gentle daily detox for optimum health.

I AM NOT talking about laxatives or anything of that nature. PLEASE don’t do that!! You just put your body into shock, you need to replace the minerals, vitamins, electrolytes, etc back into your body!!

When choosing a Super Detox and Daily Detox, look for one that DOES NOT have any preservatives. This defeats the purpose of detoxing if you’re going to add more toxins!
